- Simple, basic ingredients - Perfectly spiced with all the cozy flavors of fall - Topped with a luscious cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the dry ingredients until combined.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, light olive oil, and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk to combine until just incorporated.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with parchment paper cupcake liners and fill each liner ⅔ full. Then bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Make the cinnamon cream cheese frosting!
Frost the cupcakes and ENJOY!
