Cook andouille sausage until slightly browned, then remove, and set aside.
Add mushrooms, peppers, and garlic to the same skillet and sauté.
Add pasta, fire-roasted tomatoes, chicken broth, and cajun seasoning to the skillet.
Once the pasta is tender and cooked al dente, add cream cheese to the skillet and stir.
Add the sausage back into the skillet and give everything another big stir.
Top with fresh Italian parsley and red pepper flakes and SERVE!
