THAI CHICKEN WRAPS

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

-  Napa cabbage -  carrot -  red bell pepper -  medium radishes -  fresh cilantro -  chicken tenders -  toasted sesame oil -  Kosher salt -  ground black pepper -  tamari -  light olive oil -  rice vinegar -  peanut sauce -  gluten-free tortillas

STEP 1

Prep vegetables and set aside in a large bowl.

Brush chicken tenders with toasted sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Grill chicken for about 3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, slice the chicken into thin strips.

Toss the veggies with tamari, rice vinegar, and light olive oil.

STEP 4

Spread peanut sauce on tortilla. Top with cabbage mixture, chicken, then roll the wrap.
