Looking for a quick, healthy meal that’s big on flavor and light on effort? These Greek Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Tzatziki are ready in under 15 minutes — no stove required. Perfect for light lunches, easy dinners, or make-ahead meal prep, they’re fresh, protein-packed, and totally tasty.

These wraps were inspired by my Thai chicken wraps but given a Mediterranean twist! I first created them as a way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken. Assembled with my homemade tzatziki sauce, they’re crisp, creamy, savory, and refreshing all at once for a meal that’s light but still filling. What more could you want?
Even better, they’re naturally gluten-free, super customizable, and easy to scale for family dinners or casual entertaining. Just pile everything onto a platter and let guests build their own wraps. It’s one of those rare meals that feels both nourishing and fun. Add these wraps to your weekly meal rotation!

🌟 Why You’ll Love This Recipe
These lettuce wraps are more than just a lazy meal solution (though they’re perfect for that, too). Here’s why you’ll keep coming back to them again and again:
- Fresh + Flavorful: Creamy tzatziki, juicy chicken, crisp veggies, and crunchy lettuce create the perfect combination of tastes and textures in every bite.
- No Cooking Required: Using rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked shredded chicken means you can skip the stove and get food on the table in 15 minutes or less.
- Healthy + Light: Packed with protein and veggies, these wraps are low-carb, naturally gluten-free, and nutritious without sacrificing flavor.
- Perfect for Meal Prep: Store each component separately, and you’ve got grab-and-go meals for the week.
- Easily Customizable: Add your favorite toppings or swap ingredients based on what you have on hand.
🛒 Ingredients & Suggestions

- Chicken: I love using shredded rotisserie chicken for ease, but leftover grilled or baked chicken breast works beautifully, too.
- Tzatziki: I use my homemade tzatziki sauce, but store-bought is totally fine, too.
- Lettuce: Green leaf lettuce is my go-to, but butter, Bibb, or Romaine are all great options. Just make sure the leaves are large enough to hold the fillings.
- Cucumbers: Use Persian cucumbers for a crisp, mild crunch. You can dice or thinly slice them, depending on your texture preference.
- Red Onion: Adds sharpness and a pop of color.
- Tomatoes (Optional): Cherry or grape tomatoes add juiciness and a touch of sweet, acidic flavor.

🥬 Possible Variations
One of the great things about these chicken lettuce wraps is that there’s really no right or wrong way to make them. Mix and match any ingredients you have on hand!
- Make it Spicy: Add a drizzle of hot sauce or sriracha to the chicken mixture.
- Add Grains: Turn it into a grain bowl with quinoa or rice instead of lettuce. (Save leftover quinoa to make a side of quinoa tabbouleh, too!)
Try a Wrap: Use pita, naan, or a gluten-free tortilla instead of lettuce leaves. - Vegan Friendly: Use chickpeas instead of chicken, and opt for a dairy-free tzatziki.
- Add Toppings: Kalamata olives, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, or pickled onions are all great additions for extra flavor and texture.

💭 Frequently Asked Questions
I often serve these wraps as a light lunch or dinner on their own. However, if you’re feeding a hungry crowd, they’re great with quick sides like a Mediterranean bean salad, creamy hummus and pita chips, or potato wedges.
Green leaf lettuce is my go-to because it provides a nice crunch while being flexible enough to wrap, but really any lettuce will work. Just make sure the leaves are large and sturdy enough to hold up to the weight of the fillings.
Yes! You can store the assembled wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Or, store the chicken mixture, lettuce, and veggies in separate airtight containers for up to 3 days. Then, just assemble the wraps right before serving.

So good, even your leftovers will get side-eye. ♡
